Formula 1

Formula 1, often referred to as F1, is the highest class of international single-seater auto racing sanctioned by the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA). It consists of a series of races known as Grands Prix, which are held on road circuits and public streets around the world. The term “Formula” refers to the set of rules that all participants and cars must follow. Each race features teams fielding two cars, driven by professional drivers, and the races are held over a weekend comprising practice sessions, qualifying, and the main event. F1 is known for its high-speed competition, cutting-edge technology, and significant financial investment. It has a rich history dating back to the early 20th century and has developed into one of the most popular and watched sporting events globally. The championship is divided into two main titles: the World Drivers’ Championship (for drivers) and the World Constructors’ Championship (for teams).
