Handball

Handball is a team sport in which two teams of seven players each (six outfield players and one goalkeeper) aim to score goals by throwing a ball into the opposing team’s net. The game is played on a rectangular court, divided into two main areas: the goal area and the playing area. Each team tries to pass and dribble the ball while maneuvering to shoot at the goal, defending their own goal against the opposing team.

Players are allowed to hold the ball for a limited number of steps and must pass or shoot within a set time frame to maintain the flow of the game. Handball emphasizes teamwork, agility, speed, and strategy, making it a fast-paced and dynamic sport. The game is governed by the International Handball Federation (IHF) and is popular in various countries, especially in Europe. It can be played indoors or outdoors and has variations such as beach handball.
